Heidi: so, don't be sad, but I replaced your pony
Heidi: because *daniel* made me a new one!
Heidi: you're still in source code, however
Heidi: you know, cuz, whatever, I'm a total dork
Heidi: and, hah, I know how much you had VESTED in freepony.mobi
Jason: Fucking Daniel's pony is anorexic.

Lip Dub - Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger on Vimeo — fun! But when did they start calling it “lip dubbing”? I thought it was lipsynching.

It's a job
Jason: Seriously, why do we beat ourselves up so much when we make a mistake as webdevs? Is it because our stuff is the first thing users will notice? Is it because people assume that what we do is "easy" when really they have NO IDEA yet still, when we drop one ball out of a hundred, we somehow think we shouldn't have dropped an "easy" ball?
Ernie: i mean, i think webdev by due nature are... tinkerers. (i was going to say "tweakers" but that makes us sound like meth-heads.) to be called out on some glaring bug makes it sound like we don't have time constantly looking at and modifying a website.
Jason: We're craftspeople, no doubt.
Jason: I guess the pressure comes from the fact that when things are perfect, no one notices, because that's just the nature of the beast. But when there's a bug, it's like, OMG BUG
Ernie: :)
Ernie: because it's visual, not functional?
Jason: Because it's.... because people don't notice the sidewalk unless there's a crack.
Ernie: exactly

A Rube Goldberg-esque creation throughout the entire house. Nice. It doesn’t do anything at the end but show the credits, but I guess it’s all about the journey.
