Although this doesn’t explain where the Thompson Twins got their name, so I cannot after all these years answer my uncle, who once asked me when I was watching MTV why they were called that when none of them were actually related. Geez, Uncle, my six-year-old self just wanted to get his new wave on. Call it in.
