You realize that bars and clubs play loud music because it makes sobriety intolerable, right?

Huh, I always thought the loud music was so that you had to talk louder, subsequently drying your throat out faster, making you want to drink more, which makes the place more money.

This is why geeks don’t go to bars often, they end up thinking about this stuff too much.
