When you go to school for art, they tend to assume you’re not the sharpest sword in the armory and construct your non-art elective courses accordingly. Which is insulting, but there’s not much you can do about it. I mean, I loved Pratt, but their Creative Writing classes proceeded on the assumption that you needed to be taught how to differentiate between complete sentences and sentence fragments.
